Dr. Trivedi received an M.B., B.S. degree in 1972 from B.J. Medical College, Gujarat University at Ahmedabad, India. He served in the public health department of the state of Gujarat, India for three years. His residency in anatomic and clinical pathology was at Atlantic City Medical Center, Atlantic City, New Jersey, 1976-1980. He is board certified in anatomic and clinical pathology and served at three U.S. Air Force hospitals as Staff Pathologist, Deputy Chairman and Chairman of the Pathology department. His fellowship in cytopathology was at Wilford Hall Medical Center, San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Trivedi joined PTPG in 1993.

Dr. Trivedi is currently a Clinical Associate Professor of Pathology at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria and Laboratory Director of the Methodist Medical Center Clinical Laboratory. His special interests are in surgical pathology and cytopathology.
